Delivery Costs

Desks, Chairs & Accessories	Free

All orders ship from our warehouse in Łubna, Poland. Orders will arrive within 3-5 business days after they are dispatched from our warehouse.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all desks, chairs and accessories to every country we deliver to: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Poland.

Same Day Shipping

Orders placed before 2 PM (Polish time, CET/CEST) on a business day ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2 PM ship the next business day. All orders receive tracking information by email.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped with one or more of our trusted shipping carriers.

Split Delivery Of Orders

Orders containing multiple parcels always leave at the same time from our warehouse but may arrive separately if delivery is handled by more than one carrier or due to how carriers process packages of varying sizes.

Split-delivery parcels usually arrive within a few days of the first delivery and can be tracked using the links in your shipping-notification email. Desktops are most commonly affected due to their size.

Pre-Order Shipping

Orders that contain PRE-ORDER items ship complete, once every item is in stock. Each pre-order product shows an estimated dispatch period, for example “late October”, based on manufacturing and shipping timelines. It is an estimate, not a guaranteed date, and can change.

If you’d prefer to receive the in-stock items sooner, contact us and we’ll split your order at no extra cost.

If the estimated dispatch period changes, we’ll email you with the new estimate. You can keep your order, or cancel the pre-order item for a full refund at any time before it is dispatched.

Shipping FAQs

Can I track the progress of my order?

All orders receive email tracking details once shipped. Tracking updates go live as soon as your order’s first scan with the carrier is processed.

Can I change my order or shipping address after placing it?

If you need to update your order or address, please contact us as soon as possible via our Shipping Form. We’ll do our best to accommodate before it’s shipped.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

We don’t deliver to PO boxes. In Poland, smaller items such as accessories can be delivered to an InPost parcel locker, where this is offered at checkout. Desks and chairs are delivered to a residential or business address.

Will you deliver to my apartment or office?

While we can deliver to your home and/or work address, we cannot guarantee that our delivery partners will carry the items up any stairs or enter any elevators or drop the items inside your home. Our drivers are happy to deliver the items to the ground floor or your front door.

Can I provide specific delivery instructions?

We’re unable to accommodate custom delivery requests like scheduled times or specific drop-off spots unless you arrange your own freight collection.

What happens if my product is damaged or lost in transit?

Every product leaves our warehouse carefully packed and in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that an item gets damaged in transit or is lost in transit, notify us via the Shipping Form and we will resolve it for you

I haven’t received my order, and it appears late.

We know delays can be frustrating — thank you for your patience. Check your tracking link for updates or attempted deliveries. If your order is more than 3 business days late, reach out via our Shipping Form and we’ll follow up immediately.

What if I miss my delivery?

If the carrier can’t deliver, they’ll usually try again or leave the parcel at a nearby pickup point. If it comes back to us, we’ll contact you to arrange delivery again. If the delivery failed because of the carrier, we redeliver free of charge. If no one was available to accept it despite reasonable notice, or the delivery details you gave were wrong or incomplete, we charge the actual cost of redelivery. We’ll tell you the cost first and only redeliver once you agree. If it isn’t clear why the delivery failed, we treat it as the carrier’s fault.
